Simple Sketchup massing needed regularly to support energy modeling

I need ongoing support with very basic Sketchup modeling of single family homes for home energy ratings. For the right freelancer, I can provide approximately 50x / year. Task needed: You will model the 'thermal boundary' of the home to get surface areas and volumes. This is the insulation and airbarrier boundary of the building. It typically excludes garages and roofs. I started using sketchup 2 years ago and it takes me .5 - 1 hr to complete each house, depending on complexity. Please see examples. (I do not need color coding or text notes. Window rough openings ARE needed) I will provide you with a PDF of building plans and will need the simple SU model in 2 days after. Simple guidance will be provided for each model. If a home is outside of your comfort zone (very complex) , you can skip a project. Let's start with one and see how it goes!
