Scene 1: John (Patient) at a Clinic Reception. Trying to Register. Scene 2 : Doctor Wendy(a GP) Refers to a Pathology Lab to carry out some test. John visits Pathology Lab and gets the test Done. Scene 3: John comes back to Lab to get the results. and heads to meet Doctor Wendy. Scene 4 : Doctor Wendy recommends him to visit Dr Watt (a Specialist). Scene 5 : John again registers at Dr Watt's Clinic. Scene 6: Dr Watt verifies the reports (Past History is missing) With HealthLedger Scene 1. John visits Dr. Wendy's Clinic. The clinic gives her HealthLedger Universal HealthID. Scene 2: Dr Wendy refers John to Pathology Lab for testing. Scene 3: Path Lab uploads test report to HealthLedger. John is able to access the report on his mobile app. Dr Wendy gets a notification of the report being uploaded and recommends John to visit Dr Watt (a Specialist) Scene 4: John visits Dr. Watt's clinic. Flashes his HealthID card at the reception and gets automatically registered.
