Social Media Agents Recruiters

We are a digital marketing agency and we are looking for people to do Instagram Outreach by DMs. Specifically, to send messages to Personal Trainers/ Gym Owners... We need recruiters to find these people… A little bit about us: Our marketing agency focus on Personal Trainers & Gym Owners. We've been around for quite a while on the space. On average out fitness trainers are generating 10-20K on the first month with us, and our gym owners 20-25K on average... So it's a win win win situation… Each client pays us $1000-$2000 monthly. Other agencies on average pay the DM guys a 10% of the FIRST sale, so $100-$150 for each person that they refer that closes with the agency… We are a little different, we are looking for people who wanna be part of a team, we are looking people for a LONG TERM, NOT for a QUICK BUCK. This is why instead of paying 10% of the FIRST sale like ALL the other agencies… We pay the DM people 10% RECURRING (Monthly), so each month the client stays with us, they get paid… Insane right? No other agency will give you this type of commission… EVER… So, here's the deal… Your job is not to send DMs on Instagram to Trainers / Gyms… Your job is to GET more people into the team to perform that task. Your job is to recruit people on freelancer (or other websites, or friends, etc), they will get a 10% RECURRING, and you will get a 25% RECURRING of what each person of yours is earning… Let's say you have 10 people you recruited, and each of those refers us only 1 person that we close… Thats 10 closes, saying those closes are $1500, in that case you will get $37.5 per close, so that's $375… Monthly… Only for 10 closes of the people you got… As this is RECURRING payment, it's designed for you to scale, it will compound with next month, and so on. Recruiting is the easy part, you don't have to do maintenance, you don't have to teach people anything, your only job is to post jobs, talk to people, and send them to one of the guys in the team, that's all… We're looking for committed people looking for a long term position, if that's not your case, please don't bid If you think you'll be a perfect candidate for this job, DM me
