Virtual Assistant Job for Growing Shopify e-commerce Business. The Virtual Assistant will help us find right people for all the tasks and we will communicate on SLACK & also the hourly reporting will be monitored online. Important Note: ============= 1. Please apply if your Main skills are content creation (Copy writing/SEO Writing). This is very important. 2. This is a long-term engagement. We are paying 500 USD a month for this job; it will be incremented if the work is good. Tasks which will be handled by VA: ============================ We require a virtual assistant to help us manage several tasks for our online store. The assistant will have to manage the below tasks. Influencers: Reach out to influencers and communicate with them in order to find suitable influencers for our fashion brand. Ensure the minimum number of collaborations are carried out each month. Content Creation for eBay & Other marketplaces: Manage content creation for our eBay and other websites. In this task, description & title of the products have to be written which must be SEO friendly and focused around relevant keywords. Content Creation for Pinterest: Manage pinning the items from our website with custom pins. In custom pins, the image will be customized (logo will be added to the image & different poses of the product will be displayed in the single image). In addition, the description of the pin will be written to make it SEO friendly at Pinterest Search Engine. The scheduling of the pins will be done via Tailwind. Promotional Emails: Emails must be scheduled with 2 emails per week. The VA will help in finding the right person do the work for us and compose HTML emails. The content will be created by the VA. New Designs & Fashion Trends: Find the trends and designs which are hot and suggest to have new products made accordingly. Other tasks will be added as per requirement.
