Ein neues Projekt soll die Entwicklung und das Betreiben einer Internetplattform sein, auf der Eigentümer ihre Wohnungsangebote (Wohnungen/Stellplätze/Garagen/etc.) potentiellen Interessenten präsentieren können.
Vermieter / Eigentümer
- anlegen eines Anbieterprofils, später kostenpflichtig, wenn die Seite richtig läuft und Traffic da ist
- eigenständiges Einstellen der Mietangebote (vorgegebene Daten, Freitext, Bilder —> später 360 Grad und Videoclips)
- Eventuell Nutzung von Schnittstellen zum automatischen einspielen von Inseraten aus anderen Systemen
Interessenten / Mieter
- anschauen der Inserate ohne Profil
- anlegen eines Nutzerprofil
- Newsletter (für allgemeine Informationen, Benachrichtigung zu neuen Angeboten)
- Nutzung einer Suchfunktion mit diversen Filtermöglichkeiten
- Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu den Anbietern
Admin
- Kontrollfunktion
- sperren, freischalten einzelner Nutzer (Eigentümer und Interessenten)
- Zugriff auf Inserate —> löschen von Inseraten, Kontakt zum Anbieter bei fehlerhaften Inseraten
- Verwaltung von Werbung (Drittanbieter) auf der ganzen Seite, Abrechnung der Werbung
- Abrechnen der Inserate eventuell Bronze, Silber, Gold Mitgliedschaften für die Anbieter
- gute Auswertungsmöglichkeiten des Nutzerverhaltens, was passiert auf der Seite, wieviele Besucher nutzen die Seite, von wo kommen die Nutzer geographisch und auch von welchen Seiten —> Google, Social Media, Banner etc.

- dynamische Website
- Design noch nicht entwickelt, hell und freundlich, klar strukturiert, hochwertig und seriös
- schnelle Ladezeiten und hohe Verfügbarkeit
- Ausschließlich Vollzugriff und Kontrolle der Seite durch Betreiber (Eigentümer aller Inhalte)

We are a small company operating in the housing market and offering services around that. Based on a new project, we'd like to offer an internet platform, through which owners can advertise their properties (flats, houses, sheds, garages, etc.) to potential renters. For this purpose, the following requirements are needed.
Property owners:
- register an owner profile; potential for membership scheme in the future
- generate an advert for a property (through textual descriptions and image uploads; later videos)
- possibly loading functionalities from other services where the property owner may have already similar adverts
Potential renters:
- browse property offers with diverse search functionalities
- register for a newsletter, perhaps based on searches
- register a user profile if so desired
- reach out to property owners based on the offers generated
Admin functionalities:
- lock and re-activate user profiles (for both property owners and potential renters)
- removal of adverts
- contact property owners based on adverts
- analysis of site usage (e.g. which parts of the site are used most, which functionality is most desired, are calls made locally, notifications for potential attacks, etc.)
Additional requirements:
- dynamic web page with a light, modern, professional design
- quick to load and high availability
- needs to be operable entirely through platform owner, who has full ownership of the platform and its contents
