Seeking proposals for how to handle scraping the videos embedded in tweets, beginning October 3, 2019. So far there are 67 videos as of October 21, 2019. Videos are extremely short and are believed to be in low resolution unless previous scrapes were faulty. I have not seen more than 10 videos tweeted per day, so your proposal should include a schedule for keeping up with the tweets every week or month, and regularly submitting milestone requests for scrapes in the prior period that you would do if approved. Please do not bid if you are manually scraping each video, or if automation is not possible, please explain why. The URL will be provided in chat.

I've yet to come across one thing that isn't scrapeable. Will you need this run on my own client server, or yours? My bid is $35 usd per month.
