Someone with coding skills to collaborate with. I need to understand how easy it would be to adapt/partially rewrite a piece of code that has been developed on Github. If you can show that you can work with the code there is the potential to be included on a bid team to receive UK grant funding to work on a Project 'ARGUS (26), an open source web scraping tool based on Python’s Scrapy scraping framework. ARGUS was used to scrape texts and hyperlink connections ' Please note the bid amount is indicative. I would be interested in someone looking to work on a Bid team to work on this.
