HELP ME TO REMOVE A DEFAMATORY LINK FROM GOOGLE SEARCH RESULTS

Hi, someone to defame me, created an escort ad inside a website, PUTTING MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER TO LET PEOPLE CALL ME! The issue is that it is a sort of escort website in which i can't directly remove the announcement. Since it is a legal question, i should report it to the court. In the meanwhile i asked Google to legally remove it, but it takes too much time... it has been passed a week and still they don't reply! I need someone that can remove that content, by any means. Thanks.
