Community Platform : To listing, buying and selling Communities : Website Based platform

Greetings, We have following requirements for our project, we want to start with a platform which has following functionalities: 1. Listing of various communities (imagine this like an e-commerce platform where, filters can be applied based on location, ratings, profession, age, closed, open etc.) : Our own communities or third party communities. 2. Providing and directing to the respective community sometimes free, sometimes paid basis: example what's app community is listed on our platform, the person will be directed to the community. The user will have to pay sometimes to join the community and sometimes it will be free. 3. Adding images, important points to follow, content, videos, etc details regarding a specific community. 4. If someone wants to sell a community he or she can make an offer. So buying and selling of communities.
