live OSCommerce migration to Magento ecommerce website

Need an expert in conversion of websites from OSCommerse to Magento. There are 4 different live websites all selling like products to various markets. They will be designed to all function independently through the same back office software in a multi store Magento environment. Each site will use a different skin and identity using the existing sites as a model. The front end for the new sites will model after a zappos style search system The project includes setting up back office reports and data for easy use and access by the staff and customer support personnel. The sites will all need to be SEO with easy to add content management for future optimization. This job will require configuration of modules and systems to support the site. Full sandbox testing and turn-up is required. Coordination with the company and its staff including instructions and training as needed must be provided. This job is long term and you need to be available to continue works and additions/modifications reliably in the future. The job includes working with, template and design, database work, cpanel, unix, as well as modules and other website needs. Please send your past experience with this specific type of work for review with your bid. Existing database of customers, orders and products needs to be added to the new sites. I am not doing milestones. I expect to see progress daily while in the works. This project will be finished to my satisfaction, fully functional and online with new orders generating or I will not pay. I do not accept nonsense excuses or silly mother-in-law medical problems for reasons you are not working. If you can be committed to the project don’t bid. An experienced Magento configuration team should be able to complete this project in no more than 40 hours. I am not interested in paying for somebody to learn how to do this work.
