Music Project for existing Joomla site, Flash player and Selling + Membership and loads More

we would like someone to come and add a new component to our joomla site must work with jom social we are a music community websites for music producers, we would like to introduce a beat selling system with simple pay now by paypal buttons, money will go strait to sellers paypal account, and secure downloads will be sent to all users main component on jomsocial - main page to show latest beats, with advance search options - Option to upload Beats (MP3) (advance upload for must look appealing and nice - Upload Slots should be 10 MP3 files per new accounts (option to increase this after user has no more upload slots (pay for more slots) [payment plan] - All beats uploaded should be seo friendly (URL) and sef, each beat will have its own individual page with, music flash player, rating, comments and info about the producer and the beat. [[login to view URL]] seo meta should be nice and good for all Beats Uploaded - option to upload copyright voice tag, which will reply over the mp3 saying some stuff [this will replay after its finished] - user should see and modify their beats easily, edit, delete and change the position of the beats. - Design nice Flash player (with PayPal buy buttons) Setting users should see - My Beats - Upload Beats - Edit Beats - Sales & Orders - PayPal Settings - Beat Store Embed Codes - Membership Options ----------How would the Mebership Work ------- if possible we would like to have some membership with pay monthly small amount (automatic payments by PayPal) and users will get something like 200 upload slots, be able to upload their own voice copyright tags and they will have their music features on homepage and have no ads showing on their homepage All free users will have 10 upload slots, cant chnage the voice copyright overlay track, cant remove the ads on their page and wont be feature on homepage. most of this data should be able to be changed in admin area we would like few modules (show small user avatar) - Number of how many to show should be in module options - Latest Beats Uploaded - Top Rated Beats - Recently Sold Beats - Top Votes Beats when a new beat is uploaded you need to show this in jom-social newsfeed - comments and likes can be made we would like something like this [login to view URL] User who can show ONLY similar work will be SELECTED, anyone posting link with NOT-relevant portfolio with loads of sites and not similar sites will be automatically take off from the chance of being hired, sorry this is to stop the copy and paste people, please tell us why we should chose you and why you are the bets for this job.
