Adjust website .NET MVC

Hi, I am seeking someone with strong front end skills as HTML/LAyout will need to be adjusted for new season. Some small tweaks to code and back end are needed. In the new season of my website there is only 4 divisions in each rank. The database will be needed to accommodate for the new seasons, and the front end changed to reflect it. There is a window where people select to order for example the current seasons are here: [login to view URL] Each division there has it's own price to calculate end price. Images for each division need to be changed to new ones in front end select page. In new season the divisons look like this: [login to view URL] So in my website admin panel, I can adjust prices: [login to view URL] This admin area needs to be updated to reflect the new divisions. There is a different price for each server/region. I want to add some more regions here too. There needs to be a new version for later update that can be pushed when needed, to add position here where they can only select 1 position not 2 as in picture. And selecting position will be for free on the "only play selected positions" option. The text would be renamed to "Choose position" and will cost nothing. 2nd option will be same but only one optio ncan be selected on position and text changed to "Select position and champions". This will not be done on live site but made ready to update when we need it. [login to view URL] - The division icons have changed to new images so these need to be updated here on the select page [login to view URL] - New regions and images to be updated on the select page here [login to view URL] - new regions to be added on homepage here to fit there All responsive fixes to be made if responsive ness is broken by updating images, etc. Experienced windows IIS server knowledge to implement dynamic caching for all of the server. To cache dynamic pages into static html output for all websites on the server, and to cache dynamic requests so that the server is fast. I also want to implement a system for a 2nd admin login, where only they are able to manage orders in the system, and to add new users in to the system, and nothing else from the admin panel existing functionality, also they should have the ability to pay contracts/workers in the system from their login account but it will be done with PayPal Masspay API and TransferWise API. The workers in the system can choose to be paid via PayPal or Transferwise. It pays to their email only. After setting their preferred payment method, when admin clicks pay button it automatically pays them via API. In other words the new admin account role will have no ability to change the amount paid to contracts/workers and can only press the pay button for the order amount in the system. Lastly, some re directs on old pages into a new name URL on 2 pages.
