Hi, I am looking for help designing a real estate website focused on commercial listings -- somewhat similar to StreetEasy and Zillow. I can program everything needed for the website but do not have an eye for design. This will start with only a handful of pages but if the designs work then I would be happy to continue the relationship. Initial scope: - Home page with background video with overlaid text and CTA. Below will be space for top listings and news. This will largely be user facing. - Main search page. I think a full screen map with overlaid filters would look really nice. This page is crucial for the user experience. I want this to be rather robust and streamlined -- I think we can do something cool here. - Listing page. This will be the main template for a listing page that the user can view details and contact the agent through a form. The user will only be able to submit if they are logged in. Sketch is preferred but not mandatory. I am happy to provide more information if needed. I am open to anything, the more liberty the better in my opinion. Thanks!

I have already worked with a real estate related website - [login to view URL] (it's in russian). I've read your description and it describes the technical details of the design, but I would like to hear more about how it's supposed to function, what are the main conversion points, how the process of listing works etc. If you want to see more of my works, take a look at my behance: [login to view URL] During the process of design, I will make you a couple of concepts and we will stick with the one that you chose for designing the rest of the pages. I will use Figma instead of Sketch, but it's available on all platforms so you won't have any problems with it.
