Ruby on Rail Developer is neede

I'm in need of a Full-Stack Developer who particularly understands either Ruby on Rails , with also a strong understanding of creating and managing either Heroku or Amazon AWS instances. Front-End skills also needed with preferably a strong background in UI/UX design. In need of someone who's very capable of independently working, meeting deadlines and is able to develop at a continuous pace and is willing to communicate and discuss issues openly where and when they'd possibly arise however also someone who's capable of problem-solving. We focuses on developing applications automation which is a platform for individuals and companies interested in automation. We are looking to undertake a development phase whereby we create a single application to start with the opportunity for long-term multi-app management and development. We're in need of someone who is able to work Full-Time. The initial application we'll be building will be discussed upon or leading up to the awarding of the position.
