Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet Sodhi. I think I have already posted on one of your (same) project's proposals. Just to summarize we have been working on Wowza since 2008 and have worked on various parts except web based front-ends (websites). we do work on required php/mysql/shell/VB/networking parts besides Java. We don't have 100% expertise in CDN and distribution but should be able to manage as we do load balancing setups for our clients, which they manage on their own later. Also the minim bid amount is higher than what we charge so the mentioned hourly rate is higher. The correct hourly charges will be provided once we discuss the requirements further. I am having good knowledge and experience of what you have been trying to achieve we have served more than 100,000 concurrent streaming connections using wowza and load balancing, will make sure your streaming works perfectly and auto scale as users increases.
