Configure a WooCommerce form for our WordPress Website

We have a website we are building in WordPress, that has Elementor Pro and WooCommerce: [login to view URL] It will be based on the old website: [login to view URL] We sell plots of Land for people in the following way: Wheat: 98 USD for 1 year / 230 USD for 3 years Grapes: 180 USD for 1 year / 450 USD for 3 years Both: 260 USD for 1 year / 590 USD for 3 years They don't get anything to download or receive any physical product, they just own the Land. The idea is simple: Make a payment form that will have the following fields (based on the old site, this part is easy): First Name / Last Name / Address / Country (select) / E-mail / Phone In addition (this is the tough part), the person needs to choose a radio button that MUST be linked to WooCommerce to choose one of the products. We want the fields and the radio buttons to look great (aesthetically) and well positioned. They will be placed in the Join Kinyan Page and the Main Page as well. Once the user makes the selection (and fills in all the fields), when he clicks on the Payment Button, we want a modal to pop-up or the form to move to the Payment Info section. Pretty much like the old site. I realise we can buy plugins (like Instant Payment from WP Superiors, which we have) but I think this needs some programming. Remember we want the form to be linked to the WooCommerce Plugin AND our MailChimp account.
