Form Based Product Selection for Woocommerce Product

We are busy with a project for a client and need someone that can assist with integrating and building Gravity forms based filter and product selector that will add an existing product to a Woocommerce cart, should they (the shopper) have the matching compatibility requirements for a specific product. On the product page, you will see the form as per image attached. A) Add your serial number and based on if it matched a number in a hidden field your details for the three fields on "B" will be completed and you can select the variations from the product in Woocommerce. If the serial number does not match, you are given a message to contact vendor for more info. B) Manually select from criteria boxes with conditional logic and should you find your model, then you can select the variations on the product. C) Displays product variations price and option to add to woocommerce cart, should you product model be eligible for the product. We chose Gravity Forms as a plugin as it integrates into various other areas of the website. We will need to be able to manage and reuse this to add more products for the client in the future.
