Move blog from jooomla k2 to wordpress

We need a professional to move our joomla k2 blog to a wordpress blog. Requirements: 1. The transfer need to be done manually - you can not use any plugin 2. You need to copy the HTML (not usual copy / paste) for each blog port and save the HTML structure including all the links and semantic HTML like H1, H2, UL LI etc. 3. You need to save all the images too and upload them to wordpress and add the ALT if there is and finally place them in the blog post. 4. You need to copy all the meta data too including SEO content and meta tags such as Titles, meta description, blog post date, etc. 5.
