Wordpress plugin development: create WP user upon sale on Gumroad + assign Groups membership level

I need a WordPress plugin created that will integrate Gumroad within WordPress and the Groups membership plugin in such way that every sale on Gumroad will create a WordPress user and add this user to a specific membership group. The plugin shall connect to a Gumroad account and then offer the ability to select which products sales will create a user, as well as the ability to select the group to which the new user will be added. I want a well coded plugin. If you specialize in clunky, fragile and slow plugins, please don’t bid on this project. I want a clean interface for this plugin. The example attached is from a plugin called ProductPress (It's supposed to do part of the job already, but it doesn’t work anymore… and it’s not integrated with the Groups membership plugin) In addition to the plugin being created, I might need you on the hook for updates, and we can talk about that and work a deal out later about this as well. The first thing I want you to do when you reply is to give your estimation on how long it would take to get a beta version of this plugin working. The second thing is I want you to sell me on how good you are so I know you’re the right person for the job. I expect a daily email about the progress you’re making if I do select you.
