I need to find a developer to make a hero section with the following requirements: - This component is made with Reactjs Framer Motion module and Tailwind. - This component changes motion when changing screen size. - In the desktop component, the main card will display on top along with the background set for the section. At the same time, when it becomes a main card, it will disappear from the scroll box.
