I have 2 simple 300x600 PSD files that I need resized to 300x250, 728x90, and 160x600 banners. The original designs are framed transitions in Photoshop, so they do not contain any major animations. I'm attaching the two 300x600 GIFs as a reference. These banners are intended for the web and will be hosted on a website. I am open to minor adjustments to the design, but would like the designer to maintain the overall style and feel of the original PSDs.
