Architectural Renders

We have 10 houses and 1 development (six houses standing separate) to be rendered. Renders will be made from the angle provided in the images attached (if you can suggest a better angle, we are open to your thoughts). Please advise what file types you can work with. The houses will need to be set in a suitable environment (we can provide photos of preferred type of environment for you to match as close as possible). Exterior landscaping will need to be added as well as internal products (living room etc). We will provide external material information for you to match. Projects as follows: 3160 Hanley's - 1 render 6194 Hanleys - 1 render Creyke Rd - 1 render Daresbury Lane - 3 renders Elizabeth St - 1 render George St - 5 renders including 1 internal render looking out Hawksburn - 1 render Hillview place - 2 renders Lot 354 Northlake - 1 render Lot 358 Northlake - 1 render Lot 389 Northlake - 1 render We are looking for someone who can work with Archicad files (we can also export to .3ds, .3dm, sketchup etc if that suits). You will be provided with a colour palette and preferences as well as the image shot angle that we would like to see. Plants, outdoor materials etc will be discussed. It is important to note that these images are for use in New Zealand and will need to relate to the NZ environment. Our design style is 'European'.
