As far as materials go if you can get access to a metal 3d printer obviously that would be the most durable option but if you only have access to an FDM 3D printer then your best option will be a Polycarbonate filament followed fairly closely by a PLA filament. Because the 3D printer that is widely available is of plastic (resin and filament), I can design you an STL CAD file which you can 3D print in any printer however the window frames are mostly manufactured using Aluminum metal for which you will require CNC machining.
