I'm in need of a skilled 3D artist or architectural modeller who can quickly create two or three reasonably scale-accurate visualizations of a proposed housing development, as it will be seen from specific viewpoints. You'll be tasked with crafting "artists impression" visuals that accurately depict the scale and appearance of a block of flats. The developer has produced visuals which we do not believe are even close to scale-accurate - and which deliberately downplay the dominance of the 3 storey apartments. The objectors wish to produce their own version. I can provide: Site layout plan; apartment and house elevations; photographs of site from existing viewpoints; developers impression; various other visual references and photographs; estimated dimensions. Specific elements to be included are: - Exterior facade and window details - Landscape features such as trees, pathways, roads and railings - Images from the correct angle and viewpoint Take a look at the attachments. I am after more accurate images from viewpoints 1, 2, 3. One of the attachments is my own attempt at doing it manually. Ideal candidates probably have prior experience in architectural rendering, with particular expertise in 3D modeling. But you may be a games designer or a student who enjoys using a 3D rendering package. The ability to accurately read (and estimate dimensions of) 2D plans and drawings and then depict them as they will appear in real life is crucial, as is a deep understanding of scale and spatial positioning. Please include samples of a prior 3D "artists impression" project when bidding.
