ColdFusion - server setup + old site ported to new design

I need a website that was developed in ColdFusion to be ported over into a new design template. There are about 30 pages total that need to be updated with the CF code. The new design is already prepared as HTML, it's just a matter of taking the CF code from the old pages and making it work with the new pages. Another piece of this project is setting up a new server to host this site and setup the database that's associated with it. There are a few dynamic pieces of the site that must be retained including a backend for event posting to a calendar, member registration, donations, and member login. Since I'm not personally familiar with CF and the previous developer left the client out to dry, with nothing but a zip file of the site and database, this is a learning curve to become familiar with the site. We just need someone who can look at it, make the code changes, and reconfigure the site.
