Should have complete knowledge of the below mentioned works. 1) ROC related works. 2)Tax Audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit. 3) Bookkeeping & Accounting work for Proprietorship, Partnership and Companies 4) Tax Registration's like Sales Tax, Service Tax, SSI/MSME Registration, Shops & Establishment Act Registration ,Profession Tax Registration & PF Registrtation. 5)Experience of maintaining records related to Excise, Service Tax, Value added Tax, CST, TDS,PF,PTAX and filing of returns thereof and other statutory compliances. 6) 15CA/CB forms for Companies 7.)Knowledge of Accounts finalization for Private Ltd, Proprietorship and Partnerships 8.)Payroll Management 9.)Good functional knowledge and practical working experience in ERP based TALLY and Quickbooks system for maintaining books and records. 10.)Tax Planning 11.)Preparation and submission of Income tax returns. Managing Income tax Assessment and hearings. 12.)Preparation of Project Reports. Should have experience of working in a Chartered Accountant Firm. Capable of handling the work independently.
