I have been working as an assistant for 2 years now in a very regulated and detail oriented field, clinical research. My duties included: • Provide general support to the Clinical Operations Department and assistance to the Project Manager • Familiar with appropriate regulations, relevant SOPs and internal systems • Set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRFs, Monitoring Visit Reports, etc.) • Attend project meetings and generate meeting minutes; prepare slides for project, departmental, sponsor and/or business development presentations • Assist in quality control audits of clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files, CRF Files, Monitoring Files, etc.) • Co-ordinate ordering/dispatch and tracking of trial materials (e.g. CRFs, diary cards, lab supplies, drug supplies) • Active participant in internal and external correspondence, liaise with sites, vendors and with sponsor • Run study specific reports and provide error analysis Please consider my application.
