A website which is a one stop shop for boat owners in a local area. 1. People can upload their boats for sale- no charge initially but advertisement needs to be approved by ADMIN/ website manager. This will be a scrolling advertisement on the homepage of boats for sale as well as a [login to view URL] this will be a small cost to upload a boat for sale to this [login to view URL] will also be a heading category called Boats for Sale. When someone wants to upload their vessel for sale in either needs to be in a category of Sail or Motor Cruiser. The customer can upload and remove their advertisement with the option to tip the website a small amount of money $20-$50 2. Local boat service companies, and marine contractors page. Each company in the area have a page on website which advertises their services. I will have a category titles Marine Services, With sub categories- Marina's & Slipways, Shipwrights, Mooring Contractors, Marine Mechanical, Marine Electrical, Canvas & Covers, Sail making & Rigging, Diving Services, Marine Salvage Contractors, Jetty Builders. When a person searching this website clicks onto this company a fee is charged to that company by this website similar to google advertising charges. The company page and details cannot be accessed until clicked on by the customer and then a charge issued to company once their details are accessed. 3. Boats for Hire- This category will be companies that have vessels for hire. The same applies as above. The company will be charged if a customer clicks to view the company name or details 4. Insurance- This will be a head category which will take the customer to an insurance quote page where they enter their details of what is to be insured. 5. Merchandise page which advertises clothing for sale- all items for sale on this site are uploaded by website manager I would like the homepage to be boats for sale scrolling and also have options for companies to promote their advertisement.

1. Can you please explain the internal flow of charging the company featuring its Ad on website. As we need to be sure that any customer will unique IP address will click the Ads then charges will be deducted. 2. Which payment gateway you want us to integrate on website. Also will company sync their card token data into website so that card can be charged automatically? Please provide any ref. website for design perspective and also send a complete flow-plan with various user-types / categories and sub-categories list. Also mention the super admin and sub-admin roles & responsibilities. Platform will be codeigniter/laravel also it will be a long project of more than 40 days max There will be clothing section as well so please elaborate this category in detailing and related pages as well.
