Android Activity to interact with Firebase Cloud DB (NOT Realtime DB)

Hello, I'm a passionate techie, having 5+ years experience in the IT industry with expertise in Android-Kotlin development. I've also proficiency with Firebase Cloud Firestore database with is the primary tool for given task. I went through shared document and have got idea of collection model, activity model and layout with imaginary circle of seq. no. around a bullet in center. It would be grateful, if you can manage to write reply for following questions, 1) For input, Collection and Document ID, will we have separate activity with EditTexts? And once user enters both fields we redirect to activity with given layout. 2) The requirement is seqNo of current Documents will be always on bottom. Should we allow creation of multiple Documents by single user? If yes, and suppose user creates second Document then which one we should keep on bottom? 3) Will seqNo be clickable and any detail will be displayed on its click or it is just a text?
