Building a cross-platform app (Mobile & Web)

A social network app targeting both mobile platforms (iOS & Android) as well as web-app for desktop users. The app will contain the following features: 1. User registration and verification by OTP (via SMS & Emal). 2. User's feeds. 3. User's profile. 4. User's notifications. 5. User's messaging. 6. User types & privileges. 7. Following & Un-following other users. 8. Specific user type rating and reviewing. 9. Commenting. 10. Subscription plans for specific types of users. 11. VISA/Mastercard/Paypal or similar (will be decided later) payment methods. 12. User's wallet & payment history. 13. Posts are advertised to our twitter account. - The main language is Arabic, while the English version is optional. - The posting is limited to the users, depends on the user type. - The messaging and posting services requires a previous approval for a specific type of user. - The developer will be responsible for developing the terms and conditions of app usage and must be aware of weaknesses that might be found while developing a feature or a service. - The app design should be modern and user-friendly (UX/UI principles). - The bidder must provide previous work and prove his work. - The bidder must provide a sample design from the given information. - The developer must keep asking for everything not clear to clarify it. Technologies: - Flutter for both iOS and Android. - Laravel for web-app. - The database is negotiable later. Evaluation: The evaluation is based on the following criteria: - Cost - Time - Previous works. - Speaking language (An Arabic speaker developer is recommended). - Count of the team (An individual person who covers all technologies is highly recommended).
