Porting native java android bluetooth RFID scanner demo SDK to react native

We're a small company using a UHF RFID Bluetooth reader programmed in native java android for many years. Our boss moving to the new system using ReactJS and React Native, we have a hard time to porting this from Native Java code to React Native. We succeeded in porting barcode reading (it's really simple); for Bluetooth RFID reader, it's requiring a lot of knowledge that we can not afford. Looking for professional help us out. This project needs some implements API as in demo code in native java to react-native + Fragments: BTRenameFragment, UHFKillFragment, UHFLockFragment, UHFNewReadTagFragment, UHFSetFragment, UHFReadFragment, UHFWriteFragment + DeviceListActivity: list all Bluetooth readers, choose one reader, make SDK connection + Please make clear install instructions and implement with simple demo in React-native interface, we will handle last.
