425237 Program Developer Wanted

Hello, I am looking for a program developer for a new project I am to begin as soon as possible. I would like a program created that can "Plug-in" to a pre-existing program and make changes to content. I have an example program that I can give to you if needed, and after we communicate. This program will need to be somewhat user friendly, and it will also have to work correctly. Please make a bid on this. I am new to scriptlance, so I am not sure how we will talk. I would like to show you the example first if I could, however I don't think they would allow for this to happen. I am more familiar with freelancer.com, and [login to view URL], but I have heard of scriptlance, and for this project, I feel I need a programmer capable of completing this correctly, and efficiently.
