159914 Ghost writer horror story

I need a writer for a horror story, it should be 300 pages approx 60000 words. I have the notes and outline, this story will be ghost written and yes ghost written in the sense you take no claim to anything written in this story, ever. Think: Jeepers Creepers, Wishmaster type story. Please have this written quickly if you are the bidder, and no outrageous bids please, I am on a tight budget. Because of the problems with outsourcing and getting ripped off, I will only pay when it is finished being written and I have read the 1st draft.
