Send 2,000 emails per day, 5 days per week

You send 2,000 emails per day, 5 days per week. I have list of 100,000 email addresses for you to send (this provides enough emails for 50 days of sending emails) I will furnish the email and a list of 100,000 emails in CSV form. You also provide weekly report (quantity sent, bounced, etc) and revise my email list to delete the bounced emails. I will pay you in $30 milestones. I would prefer to work with someone who can provide me with a solution that comes with a control panel where i can view inbox/open/bounce rates but will entertain other solutions.
