Dear Sir/Madam, For more than twenty years I have been doing basic bookkeeping at work for personal expenses. When I was working in an office environment I usually handle accounting tasks and bokkeeping is the basic of it all. I sort out the receipts and other documents before starting with the bookkeeping. Once they're sorted out which is income and expenses, I would sort them by dates. Once these are all arranged I would start to enter data on the spreadsheet. If formulas needed I would make them as I go along with the data entry. Accuracy is important so it is important to check the documents and the spreadsheet every now and then.
