Personal Development Ghost Writer

We are looking for an amazing writer to write 8-10 pieces, each of which is 5,000 words. The pieces will be used in a variety of ways – in social media content, audio programs, and maybe even a book. The genre is personal growth, personal development, self-help, success – something in the style of Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and familiarity with personal development and achieving success. We are looking for someone who absolutely loves and has a lot of experience in this genre and topics. We have each piece comprehensively outlined with desired content. You must have edited or written on the same before. We will require proof of prior works and sample writings. Please do not respond if you are not qualified. We are looking for a serious writer who can write in a wonderful positive, inspiring, uplifting tone, rich in metaphor, stories and examples, and at the same time, provide solid information and content (no fluff) – pieces that are easy to read, motivating, empowering, compelling. In short, writing that will hook the reader from beginning to end. Copywriting skills are a plus, as this information will be used in lead generators for products and programs in the personal development genre. We need the work to be completed within 4-5 weeks after contract date (2 pieces per week.) Comprehensive exclusive non-compete, non-disclosure, non-resell agreements are part of the contract. We are offering a fee of $200 per piece for this contract. It will be done in 4-5 phases of two pieces each. Payment of $400 per completed phase will be made. Each phase depends on the satisfactory delivery of the prior one. If we are not satisfied, we reserve the right to cancel the rest of the project. If we're not happy with the results of any phase, we will require a rewrite until we are satisfied with the purpose, direction and quality of writing delivered. The word count only applies to the final completed version. This is a serious project and, if our initial partnership is successful, will lead to additional work – including articles, sales copy and future books and programs.
