Asana or Monday Implementation & Support For New Restaurant Openings & Construction

Hello, we are a 100+ unit franchisee and commercial real estate owner, and we are wanting to start using Asana or Monday to manage the opening of new restaurants. The main areas will be design, construction, vendor management/setup, equipment ordering, operations items, and opening. We will have 25+ new store openings and will need to use the system to assign tasks, inform vendors/stakeholders of responsibilities/orders, inform the team of overall progress and use the API to import/export data. When we set up a new store we would also like it to email all new stakeholders/vendors of the new store and timing. We would also like to use one custom template that can be tweaked (for example some stores have fountain soda and some do not). The freelancer would be responsible for the setup/implementation of the checklist, support of the first couple locations, weekly tweaks, and ongoing ad-hoc support.
