admin area

I need an easily changeable reusable - Professional Looking admin minisite -- header left nav footer -- to use for all clients as their admin area (sql db). It should have my logo colors and use "clientlogo" somewhere on the page as well. Should be very professional looking - Use fun graphics like [login to view URL] for example Navigation - should have these main header then allow for subheader easily added -- Content Products Shopping Customers Orders Mailing List Gallery FAQ Request for Quote View Site (opens up site in new window) Log Off there should be a customer service person in the upper right corner so they can click to email or im for assistance. looking for small fee on this as this shouldn't be hard for those that have done these. Looking to use this as reusable and set with standard stuff like view, add, delete, edit for each area.
