Hi there, I don't have much of a track record on website design on freelancer.com, but I'm a dedicated and capable worker. I think we can start on the project by defining the overall look and functionality of the desired website. After we've settled on the initial specifications, I will implement a tentative website, taking in consideration the vast availability of CMSes and templates out there. This initial stage should take between one and two weeks, not accounting for communication gaps at client's discretion. After this preliminary stage, we can then proceed to a refinement stage, where any design tweaks and less common functionalities will then be implemented. This might include, but is not limited to, raw PHP programming, custom plugin development, deployment in a production environment and training on the new platform. This final stage is expected to take from two to four weeks. Finally, I would be available for as much time as necessary to perform maintenance and further changes, as per extra milestones.
