Web Application and SQL Server database installer

I need an installer solution built that can take my ASP.NET application and SQL Server database and install it on Windows Server 2008 servers and Windows 7 PC's. It needs to be able to load the website (it is a Visual Studio 2010 solution currently) and create the database. It needs to be able to have the person installing it tell it where the SQL Server instance is, as well as other configuration details (approximately 10 seperate configuration responses that need to be added to the [login to view URL] file which are currently added manually). I need the final solution to be able to be integrated into my current Visual Studio 2010 development environment along the application for future updates of the application. The language of the application is VB.NET and it is an ASP.NET applcation running under IIS on Windows systems.
