Website scraper to pull data off of site

I need a program that will scrape information from a website. The program will need to accept a userame and password and log into the site and scrape data off the site and output it in a formatted way. The pages are in .aspx The program should have a master editable templates that it will follow for which items to pull from the site and another template for the output. The 2nd template may not need to be done. The code should be written in VB6 and I will need the well commented source code so that I can manipulate and recompile easily if the websmasters decide to do something drastic to their site and it renders the master template ineffective.
