Gaming Project "Joint Venture with wage"

We are looking for a company or freelancer interested in a join venture on a gaming project. We already have domains, company made especially for the project, servers and the idea of the project. All information will be granted once we have chosen the right company to work with. Experience in casino type of games will be valued as the idea is in some aspects similar to it. We are offering a % of the business (from 20 to 30%) your work will be to do the whole gaming system, gaming design, website, databases, system admin, affiliate system etc.. we already have the whole idea, all we need is a company that can make it real. We will provide a pay of 500$ per month based on objectives up to 10months, a total of 5000usd. Once the whole system and games are created, tested and checked for bugs, you'll receive a wage of 800usd during the first 6 months of the project, after that you will receive a monthly wage of 1000usd. We will provide all the marketing aspects with an investment of $60k-$100k. We won't provide any investment on the gaming part apart from your montly wage, that's your work. Companies must be expert at Graphic/Website Design Flash Animation (Action Script) MMORPG Logics XML Databases Your job will be to create more games, all type of banners, system checking and solve any error or problem that can occur, you must be available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week throw internal chat. Companies interested must be in contact 10 hours a day; 5 days a week throw msn, skype, aim or gtalk. Company selected will sign a contract with our company before starting and once finished and tested all systems, we will invite you to our offices in Madrid or London so you can know us and sign final contract. Our company will pay for your flight and stay doesn't matter where you are from. Company must respect dead lines. We prefer young people, unmarried who love to work for a better future, as married have too many responsabilities and that could deliver in not meeting deadlines. READ THIS, IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Gaming type or ideas will only be granted to selected company. If you haven't got any proof of gaming previous work you can show us, please do not bid. If you aren't 100% sure you can do what we are asking for, ask. Expenses of flight and stay will be paid for only one person of the company. If you aren't interested in JOINT VENTURE, DONT BID. Due to the high numbers of bids, PROOF of previous work is a MUST in order to be counted as a candidate and please DONT BID if you just want a project, this is a lifetime job and business.
