Basement Cambria

Future Family room = TV on unexcavated wall side. On the other side in that cutout a fridge and counter for movie snacks. Bedroom 5 = would turn into our new master bedroom. Fut WIC = will likely turn into a safe room (either a vault door or a hidden bookshelf idea) Bedroom 4 and the laundry will turn into a master walk in closet. Full size with cabinets and hanging sections. You can see the dark lines representing load bearing walls, so this is where we think we may need a beam. Fut Bath = turn into a large master style bath. Double vanity, big walk in shower with multiple shower heads and no glass or curtains. Tile in the bath. Carpet likely everywhere else, except around the laundry. One door to access the master bedroom and closet, but can access the bathroom from the closet. Bathroom should have a door for access from the hallway as well. Would like to soundproof the mechanical room. I am doing a coating on the floor there so that's taken care of, but it will need a door. I'd like to have a door that blends in and doesn't stand out. Lastly, the under-stair storage. We have no specific ideas at this time, but likely it will be carpeted and closed off with another inconspicuous door.
