We need Furniture designers with a keen interest in home office furniture including desks, desk chairs, bookcases & shelves, cabinets, and desk accessories. This furniture category requires proficiency in designing highly functional and fashionable items keeping in mind customer preferences, sustainability, ergonomics, and practicality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Studying, researching, prototyping, and visualizing various styles of new furniture concepts
-Create and edit furniture in different interior styles, themes, and placements.
-Findings ways to improve an existing furniture/product by selecting suitable materials, which might include
wood, metal, and textile according to the client’s demand
-Able to deliver us with lifestyle photos (we will provide the ideas) & size photos, White background photos, and 3D images
-Generating sample designs using computer-aided design (CAD), Card Models, Sketches, or Hard prototypes
-The render should be lifelike (We understand the limitation of Computer/Laptop to support the idea, but we recommend the lifelike file. In case, we decide to render it ourselves)
Personal Qualities & Skills:
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrators, and/or other similar tools.
-Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations.
-Excellent Portfolios of previous work and study
-Imagination and eye for new innovative designs with communication, presentation, and Project Management Skills.
-Should possess Common knowledge about furniture structure along with Design aesthetics.
-Individuals should be creative and practical, plus should possess excellent drawing skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of design software.
-Flexibility and ability to work to deadlines
-A desire to keep up to date with markets trends and new ideas
