A product can be only designed if you have an idea how does it have to look like. I am not saying I am a drinker, but I do know the difference between good and bad shot glass. I actually had my own idead about how does it have to look like, and mixing together thoughts about yours and mine shot glass ( also including manufacturability) I think we could make one perfect shot glass! Coming to the point, I would be using latest Solidworks software to finish work. Communication would also be included in work, and we could try to use some prototypes to match your needs.
