489162 Premium WP Theme With AdSense & Banners - URGENT

Hello, I need to hire an expert in WordPress, to create a Premium Theme that I will distribute to my customers. This will be a theme used mostly by affiliate marketers, so the requirements are related to the usual affiliate needs. The WordPress Premium Theme must have: -AdSense area (the user will just add his AdSense ID in the relevant menu) -Banner boxes: 125x125, 468x60, 600x120, 300x300 (ready to just paste the banner code) -Built-In SEO Package -Very clean code and CSS -Ability to change colors from menu (3 preset color sets) -Google Analytics (the user will ujst add his GA ID in the relevant menu) -Modern and appealing design and interface I will show you a few examples of blogs that I like for you to have a better idea of what I expect, once we get to the next stage. It is very important that the theme will be extremely easy to activate and use after a simple installation, not configuring then widgets or downloading plugins. All should be part of the theme. As reference, please take a look to the theme "Flexibility 3". Not the design but the menus and how the AdSense ID is added, which is exactly what I want.
