Like I said before in my summary about myself. I might be located in Turkey but I'm a dedicated reader and maybe you can send the pdf and make this even cheaper (as in free!) - regarding the fees I mean. Hope to hear from you soon and congrats on finishing a book! That is a great accomplishment.
