We have a plot of size around 4000 square feet and we are planing to build a house of three floors. We need an architect draw map for the building. I have attached the drawing of previous building which will tell you the dimensions of the plot. The building will have three floors and each floor should have four 2-BHK flats. The current building would be constructed in parts. The vacant land part would be built first (half of the plot) and the existing structure would be demolished and constructed in future. Hence the deign should accommodate the design constraint. The building should have a basement for parking and the ground floor would also be 5 feet above ground. There should be a lift and staircase.
