HDD / folder / file Backup Program

I need a program for Windows that will backup folders, files, etc. You run the app and select the folder you want to back up. You must be able to do 1 time backups or schedule automatic backups (select daily, weekly, monthly, the time, etc). You then select the destination: ether another folder, external hdd, cd, dvd, ftp, xdrive, or [login to view URL] (links xdrive and [login to view URL] will be affiliate links). Must have a clean user interface. Ill be designing the icon and splash screen. Maybe integration of rsync ([login to view URL]) as well.
