Automatic Email Account Creation

Automatic Yahoo, hotmail, and aol email creation bot: I need a bot that can automatically create emails for the above accounts. I must be able to fill in all desired fields / information for each email service, ie, password, username, name, Date of birth etc, and program automatically fills the forms out. The only parameter that should change is username, and this should change automatically by adding 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc etc to the end of the username I specify. For example, if the username I enter is "pete", program should automatically change the next email account username for creation to "pete1", then "pete2", then "pete3", etc etc, up to an infinite number (pete1005 etc). Program should save the status of usernames I have already used to a database, so if I close the program, it dosent try to register the same names again. I would like something that can automatically verify captcha, but if this is not possible program should pause to let me verify captcha manually, and them proceed to next account. I STRESS!, Program MUST be well tested / bugfree, and you must be available to promtly fix any errors that I incur.
